We understand that sometimes returns or replacements may be required, and we are here to help you with a smooth process.

  1. Products Eligible for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-functional product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

1.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost.

1.3 Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a technical/manufacturing issue, it will be checked by our technical team.
Approved cases will be eligible for replacement.

❌ 2. Products NOT Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene, safety, and medical reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Hearing aids / ear machines

Ear tips & ear molds

Batteries

Hearing aid accessories (opened/sealed broken)

Therapy tools or devices used physically

Custom-fit items (ear molds, personalized equipment)

Note:
Return is NOT accepted if the device has been used, damaged, modified, or tampered with.

  1. Return/Replacement Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Beyond this period, only warranty support is available.

  1. Refund Process

Refund will be processed only when:

Product is returned in original condition

All accessories, manuals & box are included

Product passes quality inspection

Refund Method:

Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  1. Warranty Coverage

Many hearing devices come with:

1–2 years manufacturer warranty

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects

Warranty does NOT cover physical damage, moisture damage, or wear & tear

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for replacement (based on conditions above).
